If you have a need for expedited shipping or some other kind of special handling, please contact us directly INSTEAD OF placing your order through the checkout on the website. We will do our best to accommodate your needs if we’re able to.
If you do not receive your shipment and believe it to be lost, please notify us so we can track the order. If the Post Office confirms that the shipment is lost or is unable to find its status, we will resend your shipment one time at no additional charge.
If you receive a shipment that includes damaged items (whether defective or damaged in shipping), please let us know and we will resend any damaged items one time at no additional charge.
If your shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund you the full amount of your order, including shipping costs. The refund will be made to whatever your original form of payment was.
